By using our Services, you grant Autogrowth the right to:

• Use your company name and logo for marketing and promotional purposes
• Create and publish case studies based on your successful use of our Services
• Feature your company in our marketing materials, website, and presentations
• Share non-confidential success metrics and testimonials
• Reference your company as our client in sales and marketing activities

You may opt-out of these marketing rights by contacting our support team, though any materials published prior to opt-out may continue to be used.

6. Data Processing and AI Training

You acknowledge and agree that:

• We may process your data to improve our AI models and Services
• Your data may be used to train our AI systems in an anonymized form
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data
• You retain ownership of your original data
• We maintain appropriate data processing agreements

7. No Warranty and Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Autogrowth expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You assume all risks associated with your use of the Services, including but not limited to the risks and costs of program errors, compliance with applicable laws, and damage to or loss of data, programs, or equipment.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or conditions or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages. Accordingly, some of the above disclaimers and limitations may not apply to you.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to software, algorithms, AI models, and documentation, are owned by Autogrowth or its licensors. You retain all rights to your data and any custom implementations developed specifically for your use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autogrowth's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you must cease use of the Services and pay any outstanding fees. Sections regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, and liability survive termination.
